As my concentration is based on Cebu blog, thought of listing down the beach resorts and beaches in Cebu. Hope you find this list useful in your search for your next weekend or summer getaway. Also check out my TOP BEACHES IN CEBU.

MACTAN ISLAND - METRO CEBU BEACHES
The island of Mactan is the nearest beach destination in the province of Cebu and is home to Shangri-La Mactan Island Resort and Spa, Abaca Boutique Resort, Costabella Tropical Beach Resort, Plantation Bay Resort and Spa, Movenpick Hotel Mactan, Crimson Resort and Spa, Be Resorts Mactan, Bluewater Maribago Beach Resort, Jpark Island Resort, Solea Mactan, Ocean Pearl Resort, Blue Reef Resort, Hadsan Beach, BlueFins Resort, Vano Beach, Best Western Sandbar Cordova and many others. Other beach destinations nearby are off the coast of mainland Mactan Island such as Olango Island, Nalusuan Island, etc. You can also book an island hopping tour there and tour Hilutungan Marine Sanctuary, Pandanon Island or Cordova White Sand Bar. CEBU NORTH BEACHES
BANTAYAN ISLAND - the beautiful paradise island of Bantayan is my favorite beach destination in Cebu Province. It will take you 4-5 hours to get there from Cebu North Bus Terminal. When you get there make sure to tour Virgin Island and check out Paradise Beach. Some of the beach resorts in Bantayan Island are: Ogtong Cave Resort, Sta Fe Beach Club, Kandugyap House by the Sea, Budyong Beach Resort, Bantayan Island Nature Park and Resort, Randys Bantayan Island Grill & Chill Resort, Hoyohoy Villas, Anika Island Resort, Beach Placid, D&G Beach Guest House, St. Bernard Beach Resort, Bantayan Cottages, Bantayan Huts, etc.
MALAPASCUA ISLAND - this island paradise in northern Cebu in the town of Daanbantayan is a popular diving spot and is home to thresher sharks and Japanese shipwreck. Malapascua is also a favorite beach destination of mine in Cebu. Some of the beach resorts in Malapascua are: Malapascua Legend Water Sport and Resort, Malapascua Exotic Island Dive and Beach Resort, Cocobana Beach Resort, Hippocampus Beach and Dive Resort, Buena Vida Resort and Spa, Malapascua Thresher Cove Dive Resort, Malapascua Garden Resort, Malapascua Starlight Resort, Malapascua Budget Inn, Lionfish Backpackers Malapascua, Blue Water Malapascua Beach & Dive Resort, Malapascua Diva Inn Room 4, Moonlight Resort, The Sharks Tail Dive Resort, Slam's Garden Resort, etc. Travel time from Cebu North Bus Terminal to Malapascua Island is 4-5 hours. CATMON - this northern town is also blessed with beautiful beaches and is home to KM 47, a popular beach destination in Catmon, back in the day. Travel time from Cebu North Bus Terminal is between 1.5 - 2 hours. Some Catmon beach resorts are: Ranolla Beach Resort, Ocean View Beach Resort, Las Flores Beachside Hotel, Recuerdo Beach Resort, Aqua Villa Exclusive Beach House, Turtle Beach Resort, etc. Learn How to go to Catmon Beach.
SAN REMIGIO - The unassuming northern town of San Remigio is home to Cebu's longest shoreline. Travel time from Cebu North Bus Terminal to San Remigio is 3 hours. Some beach resorts in San Remigio are: Elegant Beach Resort, Hagnaya Beach Resort, San Remigio Beach Club Hotel, Warren's Beach Resort, etc. Check out my blog on San Remigio.
MEDELLIN - this town's popular beach destinations are Kawit Beach (added to one my favorite beach destinations 6/10/21) Mahawak Beach and Gibitngil Island. Some beach resorts in Medellin are: Paradizzo Beach Resort, Funtastic Beach Resort, Seahorse Tourist Inn, Kawit Paradise Beach Resort, Villa Edar Beach Resort, Kevin's Beach Resort, Leah's Sunset View Beach Resort, etc. Travel time from Cebu North Bus Terminal to Medellin is more than 3 hours.
TABUELAN - this town is home to one of my newest favorite beach destinations, Maravilla Beach and other beach resorts such as Maravilla Beach Club, Bethlehem de Paradise Resort,Durhan White Beach Resort, La Familia Beach Resort, Hawaiian Beach Resort, 4A's & G Beach Resort, JJL Beach Resort, The Tree Sunset Beach, Therrish Beach Resort, Sandiego Dance Resort, Sunset Paradise Beach Resort (this is in Tabunok, Tabuelan), etc.
Liloan is part of eastern Cebu but it is in the northern route. Some of Liloan beach resorts are: Pilapil Beach Resort, Pepito Beach, Barrufols Beach Resort, Wiggy's Beach Resort, Pangeas Beach, Siesta Beach Resort, Bankoro Beach, Beach House Liloan, and many others.
Other beach destinations and resorts in the northern part of Cebu are Compostela, Danao City, Carmen, Sogod, Tabogon, Capitancillo Island in Bogo City. If beach is not your thing, check out some of the things that you can do from my List of Cebu North Tourist Spots.
CEBU SOUTH BEACHES
ALCOY - home to one of my favorite beach destinations in Cebu, Tingko Beach. Alcoy is situated in the southeastern part of Cebu. Travel time is 3.5 - 4 hours from Cebu South Bus Terminal. Some of the beach resorts in Alcoy are: Antig Tingko Beach 1 and Antig Tingko Beach 2, King Arthur's, El Paradiso, Bodo's Bamboo Bar, Dive Point Alcoy, etc. Learn How to go to Tingko Beach, Alcoy.
MOALBOAL - another home to one of my favorite beach destinations in Cebu, Moalboal is home to Basdaku/White Beach, Panagsama Beach and Pescador Island, a popular diving spot. This town is situated in the southwestern part of Cebu. Travel time is 3-3.5 hours from Cebu South Bus Terminal. If you have to stay overnight, check out the address and know where you are heading. There are 2 popular beach destinations in Moalboal, the Panagsama Beach and Basdaku or White Beach. Some of the beach resorts in Moalboal are Cabana Beach Resort, Dacozy Beach Resort, Bonita Oasis, Moalboal Beach Resort, Club Serena Beach Resort, Quo Vadis Dive Resort, Kiss Diving Moalboal, Moalboal Tropics, Pescadores Seaview Suites, Moalboal T Breeze Coastal Resort, Moalboal Shaka Water Sports and Resort, Parrot Resort, The Blue Orchid Resort, Dolphin-House Resort-SPA-Diving, etc. Learn How to go to Basdaku/White Beach or check out the off-the-beaten Moalboal destination.
OSLOB - this southeastern town is home to Whale Shark Watching and is also a popular destination among tourists. Some of the resorts there are Ging-Ging Hotel & Resort, Oslob Garden Stay Beach Resort, Aaron Beach Resort, Down South 118 Beach Resort, Luzmin BH - Cottages and Bungalows, Seafari Resort, Stay N Save B&B, Luzmin BH - Beachfront Cottages, Luzmin BH - Pink House, Luzmin BH - White House, Hotel Sebastian or you may want to relax and unwind at Bluewater Sumilon Island Resort. BADIAN - this southwestern town is home to Kawasan Falls, the most popular waterfall in Cebu but Badian is also home to these beaches and beach resorts: Lambug Beach Badian, Allure Badian Beach Villa, The Guest House, Badian Island Wellness Resort, Lambug Beach Homestay, etc. (Learn How to go to Kawasan Falls).

ARGAO - this southeastern town is also a popular beach destination in the south. Check out Mahayahay Beach, Bamboo Paradise Beach, Kalumpang Beach Resort, Woodruffs Beach Resort, Sunshine Beach Resort, Kingfisher Beach Resort, Panorama de Argao, Beachfront Private Villa in Argao Royal Palms, etc.

CEBU EAST BEACHES
CAMOTES ISLANDS are home to the best beach destinations in Cebu east. Some of the beach resorts in Camotes Islands are: Santiago Bay Garden and Resort, Mangodlong Rock Resort, Mangodlong Paradise Beach Resort, Coco Grove Nature Resort, Camotes Flying Fish Resort and many others. CEBU WEST BEACHES
I have not been to the western side of Cebu for the beaches but when in Cebu West, check out the beaches in Pinamungajan, Toledo City and Aloguinsan (home to Hermit's Cove).
