Yes, you read it right, Robinsons Galleria Cebu (RGC) is offering FREE rides to and from the mall, so here's to the commuting public out there. Robinsons Galleria Cebu to Robinsons Fuente
The free shuttle service Robinsons Galleria bus departs from the mall to Robinsons Fuente at 9:00am and every hour thereafter until 2:00pm then from 2:30pm; 3:30pm; 4:00pm; 5:00pm; 6:00pm; 7:00pm; 8:10pm and last trip is at 9:15pm.
Robinsons Fuente to Robinsons Galleria
The free shuttle bus to Robinsons Galleria departs from Robinsons Fuente from 9:30am and every hour thereafter until 1:30pm then from 2:15pm; 3:15pm; 3:45pm; 4:30pm; 5:30pm; 6:30pm; 7:30pm; 8:45pm and the last trip is at 9:30pm.
As stated in their flyer, all routes to Fuente are via Robinsons Cybergate and during weekends, the free shuttle departs every 30 minutes.

The route starts at 8:00am and every 2 hours thereafter until 3:00pm. See picture above for your reference.

The bus departs every hour from Robinsons Galleria to Port of Cebu from 8:00am to 11:00am then from 1:30pm to 4:30pm
Cebu Port to Robinsons Galleria Cebu
The bus departs every hour from Port of Cebu to Robinsons Galleria from 8:20am to 11:20am then from 1:50pm to 4:50pm
Robinsons Galleria Cebu to Cebu North Bus Terminal
The bus departs every hour from Robinsons Galleria to North Bus Terminal from 8:30am to 11:30am then from 2:00pm to 5:00pm
North Bus Terminal to Robinsons Galleria Cebu
The bus departs every hour from North Bus Terminal to Robinsons Galleria from 8:50am to 11:50am then from 2:20pm to 5:20pm
Robinsons Galleria Cebu to South Town Centre
If you are from Cebu City South, there is a free shuttle service from Robinsons Galleria to South Town Centre in Bulacao, Talisay City, Cebu (Vice Versa). See schedules below:

Robinsons Galleria Cebu to Talamban, Guadalupe, Lahug and Banawa and Vice Versa
If you are near Talamban, Guadalupe, Banawa, Lahug, there is a free shuttle service as well. See schedules, pick up and drop off points below. (Update 1/15/19: I have tried the free ride again last January 14th and they added new schedules for Time Square to Galleria 7:00pm and 8:00pm and for Galleria to Time Square, they added 6:00pm, 7:15pm, 8:00pm and 9:15pm).

ROBINSONS GALLERIA CEBU NEW ROUTE AND SCHEDULE: MANDAUE CITY FREE RIDE ROUTE AND SCHEDULES (update: 1/15/19)
There is now a new route plying Robinsons Galleria Cebu to Mandaue City that starts from 10:15am; 12:15pm; 2:15pm; 4:15pm; 7:15pm and 9:15pm. Mandaue City to Robinsons Galleria starts from 9:30am; 11:00am; 1:00pm; 3:00pm; 6:00pm and 9:00pm. Mandaue City to Robinsons Galleria Free Ride's pickup and drop off points are: Ibabao, Maguikay, Subangdaku, Mabolo, Carreta and Robinsons Galleria to Mandaue City Free Ride's pickup and drop off points are: North Reclamation Area, Parkmall, Guizo, Mantuyong and Ibabao.
ROBINSONS GALLERIA CEBU
Robinsons Galleria Cebu is one of the most beautiful shopping malls in Cebu Province (check out their interior design). When in RGC, remember to strike a pose at the big guitar. I do not exactly know why they chose guitar but presumably because Cebu is best known for it for its affordability and world-class quality.
