Last May 22, 2022, I together with my family got the chance to tour the newest tourist attraction in Cebu, the Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway (CCLEX). CCLEX is now the longest bridge in the Philippines with a length of 8.9 kilometers surpassing the 5-kilometer Candaba Viaduct of North Luzon Expressway and the 2-kilometer San Juanico Bridge between Samar and Leyte. The Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway connects the Municipality of Cordova and Cebu City . CCLEX is also known as the Third Cebu-Mactan Bridge, Third Bridge and Cebu-Cordova Bridge. It was inaugurated last April 27, 2022 and was officially opened to the public last April 30, 2022. Play the video below to take a tour and learn how to get there from Cebu City.
  

CCLEX TOLL FEES/RATES:

To date, CCLEX meaning Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway accepts cash as payment for toll fees but come July 2022, they will be implementing the Electronic Toll Collection (ETC), an electronic collection system. Listed below are the Toll Fees/Rates for Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway (CCLEX). For updates, check out their Facebook page or visit their website at cclex.com.ph for more info.
  • Cars, Motorcyles, SUVs, Jeepneys - Php90
  • Vehicles with Recreational Equipment - Php180
  • Buses, Light Trucks - Php180
  • Heavy Trucks and Trailers - Php270

HOW TO GO TO CCLEX FROM CEBU CITY (TEXT VERSION):

  • You need to take the route bound for SM Seaside and IL Corso then a few meters after IL Corso, use the U-Turn slot and go back to IL Corso/SM Seaside then in the intersection that has a road going down, do not go down but rather use the lane heading to CCLEX (see image below)
