Serenity Farm and Resort Busay or simply Serenity Busay is a resort that sits in the mountaintop of Malubog, Cebu City. This beautiful mountain resort is just a corner after Terrazas de Flores, which is a few meters away from the corner heading to Temple of Leah, Tops, Tops of Cebu, Mountain View Nature's Park, etc. Update 6/28/22: Rates below may have changed. THE GROVE | LIEL'S KITCHEN | MOUNTAIN CAFE
Got the chance to revisit Serenity Busay today (2/6/2021) together with my fambam, and I was surprised to see a lot of developments from the last time I was there. They now have a golf cart shuttle service to bring you from point A to B. At the base of the resort, you'll find The Grove, a bamboo park restaurant to where light shows are held probably every night and live bands are playing every weekend (you may visit their Facebook page for inquiries and clarification). Entrance to The Grove: Bamboo Park and Light Show is Php200 where Php100 is consumable. They too have Liel's Kitchen at the middle part of the property and Serenity Mountain Cafe at the top portion of the property. Make sure to bring your cameras with you as you sure will find beautiful Instagrammable spots everywhere there.

- Required HOUSE rental (w/ inclusive number of guests) + (optional) additional guests;
- Day Use is good for 6 hours. Time Slot Selection: 3PM-9PM or 6AM-12NN;
- Available from Sundays to Fridays. Subject to availability within the rental week;
- Reservation is necessary as walk-in guests are only accepted when there's vacancy;
- Rates per Time Slot:
- House-1 (1-16 guests): Php10,000.00
- House-2 (1-8 guests): Php8,000.00
- House-2 (1-16 guests): Php12,500.00
- House-3 (1-10 guests): Php8,000
- House-3 Villa (1-4 guests): Php4,500
- House-3 Barkada Room (1-4 guests): Php5,000
- Individual Room (1-2 guests): Php2,000
- Php175.00/head
- Additional guest staying during the day only
- No limit with the number of Day-Use guests.

- Subject to availability within the rental week. No advance booking.
House-3 VILLA 2 ONLY:
- Overnight Php7,400 (Inclusive of 1-4 guests);
- Subject to availability within the rental week. No advance booking.
Renters of the 2 villas will share the swimming pool.
ADDITIONAL OVERNIGHT GUESTS:
Additional overnight guests entrance fee is Php375 per head. Extra beddings and towels are not included so tell your extra guests to bring their towels with them

Serenity Farm and Resort gives their clients the flexibility to choose the available accommodations they like. A single accommodation rental is inclusive of a number of guests that can enter the resort without extra cost. It is at the discretion of the client to make the best of the number of inclusive guests. That being so, if there are more guests expected besides the inclusive guests, then they will put in added charges as necessary.
CHECK-IN TIME: Not earlier than 2:00PM
CHECK-OUT TIME: Not later than 12:00PM
WALK-IN GUESTS
Serenity Farm accepts walk-in guest provided there's vacancy.
KARAOKE
Php2,000.00 per night.
HOW TO GO TO SERENITY FARM RESORT
- You can bring your vehicles with you but use the 4x4 drive as you will be driving on an uphill climb on a 2-way lane passing by a series of curves. See map below for direction or see if Waze app works there.
You can also contact the resort to pick you up thru your desired place of origin:
- TRANSPORTATION: Toyota Super Grandia - can fit 10 guests;
- Php1, 500.00 (JY Square Mall to Serenity roundtrip);
- Php2,000.00 (Ayala to Serenity roundtrip);
- Php2,500.00 (SM to Serenity roundtrip);
- Php3,000.00 (Airport to Serenity roundtrip).
SERENITY BUSAY RESERVATION POLICY
- First come, first serve;
- At least Php10,000.00 / per Night / per House;
- FULL PAYMENT for Room-Only accommodations;
- FULL PAYMENT for Day-Use.
PETS
My friend asked me if she can bring her dog with her if she has to go there and as I confirmed, someone from the resort said yes, you can bring your pets with you.
