Sky Water Park Cebu is situated atop J Centre Mall, one of the shopping malls in Cebu, Philippines. The water park is at the mall's roof deck (6th floor). To those who don't know where J Centre Mall is, it is along A.S. Fortuna Street in Mandaue City, Cebu. The park has a water slide (which is only available from 9:00am to 6:00pm), an infinity pool overlooking parts of Mandaue City, shower rooms, locker rooms, pool bar and food court. YOUR TWO HUNDRED PESOS FOR A SKY WATER PARK AMBIENCE.
Sky Water Park opened its doors to the public last November 2016 and it's perfect for family gatherings and relaxation after roaming around the mall downstairs. So if you want to take a plunge, make sure to bring your swimwear with you. The best time to get there is during weekdays as the guests are fewer. Even if you don't use the park's facility, you can still enjoy the ambience for a consumable two hundred peso outlet pass (US$4) which you can redeem at the food court. You can stick within your consumable 200-peso pass, otherwise, you need to pay for the excess. (We went back there February 2018 and they still offer the outlet pass)

*According to the receptionist, locals are entitled to 50% discount but you need to bring a valid ID to avail of the discount. For those who stayed at Toyoko Inn, you are entitled to 10% discount.

BBQ NIGHT - FRIDAYS
They have a BBQ Night every Friday from 6:00pm to 10:00pm which include use of swimming pool, 1 free beer, unlimited bbq (chicken, pork, seafood) and hanging rice (puso).
POOL PARTY - SATURDAYS
They have a pool party every Saturday from 4:00pm to 12:00 midnight. Update 3/30/19: Fee is P300 (P200 if booked in advance).
PASUNDAYAG DINNER SHOW - SUNDAYS
They have a dinner show every Sunday from BBQ Night every Friday from 6:00pm to 8:00pm and you can enjoy the show while having your buffet dinner for P750/each (minimum of persons)

Because the water park is on the 6th floor, you can enjoy the Mandaue City sights and lights. The park has an infinity pool, overlooking parts of Mandaue City.

GETTING THERE
Since Mandaue City is closer to both Lapu-Lapu City and Cebu City, you can go there by taxi, Grab or Uber and ask the taxi driver to drop you off at J Centre Mall. Fare depends on your point of origin. From the mall's main entrance, turn right, you will see an elevator just beside the atm machines. Take the elevator and alight on the 6th floor.

Skywater park in Jmall has terrible customer service. They won't let customers in for a visit since I was planning to hold my son's bday there. Hello?! How can we know if the venue is suitable?!!!
ReplyDeleteHi sorry to hear about your situation. I can say that the venue is suitable but it will be a bit expensive during weekends and holidays. I'm wondering why they won't let you in. A site visit is very important for prospective customers. Did you try to contact their phone number?
DeleteI went back there this month (February 2018), they do need an outlet pass/dining stub for you to enter in. You should have just bought one pass for only P200 as it is consumable, you could have then assessed if the venue is suitable which I believe is. Sorry to hear about your terrible customer service, you might have been received by a not so customer-friendly staff. When I went there, the receptionist was very accommodating.
