Makan Quatro Food Kiosk is situated in direct opposite to San Roque College de Cebu in Yati, Liloan. The restaurant is located along the road and parking area is limited, so add it in your expectation in getting there. They also have another location by the seaside (with a pool), still in Liloan, Cebu.
